Job Description

A day in the life as a Lending Support Specialist III position:

• You will be primarily responsible for vetting approved submissions prior to the creation of the lending document package
• You will verify all Commercial and Agricultural documents for accuracy before being sent for signing, Commercial and Agricultural mortgages to be discharged, as well as Commercial and Agricultural loan and mortgage renewals
• You will play the largest role in the completion of Commitment letters
• You will provide daily support to the Business Banking lending and Operations Support Lending team
• You will be responsible for performing comprehensive reviews of consumer, commercial and agricultural lending requests ensuring standardized loan administration processes are followed and data integrity is consistently achieved and maintained

• Post-secondary education such as a Business/Office Administration diploma is preferred
• Minimum five years of financial industry experience is expected with a focus on lending administration, specifically consumer, commercial and agriculture
• Thorough knowledge of legal and security documentation for consumer, commercial and agriculture lending is preferred; thorough understanding of lending and regulatory compliance is preferred
