We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a motivated and agile team player who thrives in a fast paced environment to come on board as a Business Support Specialist Summer Student. In this role you will help deliver administrative support to our agricultural and commercial lending teams.

How you\xe2\x80\x99ll be spending your time

• Providing business lending administrative support in areas such as file maintenance, security control, searches, data entry, reports and simplified annual reviews
• Interacting with team members, CBS, lawyers, and insurance companies to provide support, input, knowledge and feedback
• Proactively identifying and researching the best solutions that meet our members\xe2\x80\x99 needs and improve their financial well-being
• Ensuring there\xe2\x80\x99s a healthy balance between opportunity, risk, growth and profitability for Conexus

You are an individual who inspires the cooperation and confidence of others. You are a talented multitasker that can prioritize and manage your time effectively. Your experience in the financial industry and exposure to lending make you a financial ace. You not only pay attention to detail, but you love working with documentation to ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s complete and accurate. In addition, you are a creative and analytical thinker who actively seeks opportunities for improvements.

The experience you bring

• One year post-secondary education in Business Administration
• Registered for classes in September
