The successful candidate will have:



Professional experience working as an administrative assistant.

Principal Responsibilities:



Assist senior clerks as required.

Answer and transfer all incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system.

Greet clients and completes intake process.

Maintains email, fax, courier and mail.

Bonuses and promotion granted based on performance.
