Position: Legal Secretary
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $68,000 based on experience
Job Type: 6 months contract, possibility of permanency
Our partner, one of the top law firms in the area, is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team! This opportunity comes with great perks such as 4-week holidays, benefits paid by the employer, and a strong possibility of becoming permanent.
Your main responsibilities:
- Take care of communications such as letters and agreements
- Keep the agenda up to date, verify timesheets
- Answer the phone and emails
- Open and update legal files
- Organize meetings and conference calls
- Track billings

The ideal candidate for this role:
- 4+ years of experience as an executive secretary
- Knowledge of legal and real estate fields is an asset
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
- Diploma in a relevant field is an asset
