Position: Legal Secretary
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $70K (based on experience) + benefits
Job Type: 6-month contract - strong possibility of permanency
Want to join one of the top real estate firms in the area? Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team! This opportunity, a 6-month contract (with a strong chance of becoming permanent), comes with great perks such as 4-week holidays + benefits paid by the employer!
Your main responsibilities:
- Correspondence (drafting letters, contracts, etc.)
- Agenda management
- Reception duties
- Organizing meetings and conference calls
- Client invoicing...and more!

The ideal candidate for this role:
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of legal and / or real estate fields (asset)
- Bilingual - French and English (oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
