Overview:Our client within the Commercial Print industry in Brampton is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in contract administration, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve supporting our contracts team with various administrative duties to ensure the efficient and accurate management of contracts.Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and databases, including tracking key dates, renewals, and amendments.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, finance, and project management teams, to gather necessary information for contracts.Communicate with external parties, including vendors, clients, and partners, to obtain required documentation and information.Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions and report any discrepancies or issues to the contracts team.Support the contracts team in conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports related to contract management.Assist with contract closeout activities, including archiving files and ensuring completion of all contractual obligations.Provide general administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence related to contracts.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.Knowledge of Linksquare Contract Management Software is preferredStrong understanding of contract terms, legal language, and contract management processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with contract management software (e.g., Salesforce, ContractWorks, etc.).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in work.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Experience in the commercial print industry is an asset
