Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer who has worked in litigation practice and is now looking for an opportunity to move into a project and leadership role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Allocating resources within a firm to meet both client demands and the professional goals of internal stakeholders
- Participating in budget planning
- Partnering with talent acquisition regarding allocation of current and future resources
- Review client opportunities and participate in allocating resources and building timelines

- Licensed Ontario lawyer with 5+ years of experience
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
- Above-average academic credentials and references
- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
- Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills - in addition to an eye for finance and fiscal responsibility
- Project management experience is an asset
