• Supervision of AP/AR processes and staff
• Year End accounting processing
• Benefits Administration as it relates to payroll
• Auditing of payroll and processes to ensure accuracy
• Resolution of payroll issues or discrepancies
• Strong communication skills regarding payroll policies and procedures
• Vendor Management for all subscriptions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a law office setting
• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
• Previous experience in payroll processing and management, preferably in a legal or regulated industry
• In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Leap
• Exceptional communication skills (in person/on the phone)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Strong organization and time-management skills, prioritization
• Ability to multi-task
• Treasury experience
• Benefits Administration experience
• Vendor Management experience
