We are also a leading supplier of uranium refining, conversion, and fuel manufacturing services from our operations in Ontario.The RoleIn this position, you will demonstrate administrative competencies at the highest level. You will provide first-class administrative support and services to Cameco's in-house legal team, including one or more lawyers.In this role, you will:

  • Draft correspondence, agreements, legal documents and presentations
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence
  • Set up and maintain physical and electronic files
  • Manage email, calendars and databases
  • Support meetings, including scheduling, catering and technical support
  • Organize travel arrangements, and prepare and process expense claims
  • Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as required
Required:
  • Legal administrative diploma
  • Five or more years of legal administrative support experience
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Grammatically inclined and experienced in proofreading legal documents
  • Experience working with and understanding of legal agreements, business contracts and corporate records
  • Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, meet deadlines and follow direction
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Recommended:
  • Knowledge of and experience with supply chain contracts and processes
  • Knowledge of and experience with marketing contracts
  • Dictation transcription experience
