A law firm located in the East of Montreal is looking for a qualified individual to fill a permanent and immediate legal assistant position.Located in the Olympic Village, next to the Administrative Housing Tribunal, it primarily serves property managers as well as property owners and tenants. It also works with law firms and notary offices.Advantages
Your benefits for this legal assistant position:-Permanent position
-Salary between $51,000 and $60,000
-35 hours per week - from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
-2 weeks of vacation (negotiable)

-Managing phone calls
-Managing the Outlook email inbox
-Greeting and providing accurate information to clients who come in person
-Managing files related to service of process and enforcement (eviction, wage garnishment, bank seizure)
-Tracking deadlines and procedures
-Drafting minutes (data entry)
-Conducting research on the Business Register, Soquij, property assessment, RDPRM, and the TAL website
-Managing accounts receivable
-Digitally archiving documentsQualifications
-Excellent French and English, written and spoken
-Excellent dexterity
-Proficiency in Office Suite and Outlook
-Strong learning ability and good memory
