Job Description


Madorin Snyder LLP is a full service law firm based in Kitchener, Ontario and serving clients throughout Ontario. Over the last 60 years, we have maintained our reputation as specialists in a number of areas of the law, including real estate, corporate commercial and estates. We require an individual with legal real estate experience to join a busy practice. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Working on residential real estate files;
  • Reading and interpreting title searches;
  • Drafting and coordinating necessary documents required for closing;
  • Preparing final reports;
  • Meeting strict deadlines;
  • Problem-solving with minimal supervision;
  • Doing bank runs on busy real estate transaction days;
  • Other duties as assigned;
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of three (3) years\' experience
  • Strong computer knowledge in the following programs: MS Office, Conveyancer, Teraview, and PC Law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with clients, lawyers, mortgage lenders, and staff;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment
  • Must be organized, thorough and have high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
