Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals.
Draft, review, and edit various legal documents and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date and reliable records.
Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
Stay informed on legal procedures, legislation, and regulations to support the team effectively.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant in a law firm or legal department.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of document preparation and data entry.
Proficiency in legal software and standard computer applications.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
