Assist lawyers in supporting our clients with office, industrial, and retail commercial real estate leasing matters
Take instructions, review documentation, obtain and summarize information, and report on the status of leasing matters
Assist in the preparation of a wide array of commercial leasing documents
Perform a variety of administrative duties, as required
Qualifications
Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively
Superior general literacy in the English language
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Organized and detail-oriented problem solver
Legal assistant or law clerk experience in commercial real estate leasing is an asset
A law clerk degree or certificate is an asset
