Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in supporting our clients with office, industrial, and retail commercial real estate leasing matters
- Take instructions, review documentation, obtain and summarize information, and report on the status of leasing matters
- Assist in the preparation of a wide array of commercial leasing documents
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, as required
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively
- Superior general literacy in the English language
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Organized and detail-oriented problem solver
- Legal assistant or law clerk experience in commercial real estate leasing is an asset
- A law clerk degree or certificate is an asset
