Join our team as Legal Counsel and play a key role in managing the company's legal risks. You will ensure the legal compliance of our activities while developing a solid understanding of operational issues and contributing to the creation of value for Groupe Master.

What you will accomplish with us:



Provide legal advice and manage litigation files. Collaborate with outside counsel to develop litigation strategies, prepare witnesses, assess risks, and participate in mediations and trials. Work closely with various departments to support their business initiatives and reduce legal risks. Contribute to training on best business practices. Manage the company's intellectual property files. Draft, negotiate and interpret various contracts. Proactively monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting the company's activities.

What You Bring to Our Team:



Member of the Quebec Bar for 3 to 6 years. Collaborative leadership and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to explain complex legal concepts to a variety of audiences. Relevant experience in construction law and product liability (an asset). Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, due to our activities in Canada and the United States.

Compensation information:

Base salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year

Additional compensation packages include: Annual bonus
