The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support us. The role will be split 50/50 between the two positions. We offer our employees a great work-life balance, a competitive salary and benefits package.

Ability to speak Punjabi will be an asset for this position .

:

- Attention to detail.

- General reception duties, including answering the phone, managing emails, scheduling appointments, receiving client payments, issuing receipts, banking, mail and maintaining calendars.

- Filing documents

- Assisting with scanning and photo-copying

- Preparing pleadings, list of documents, trial binders and correspondence.

- Preparing conveyance documents.

- Meeting with clients.

Qualifications:

- Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate (preferred).

- Working knowledge of MS Office, PC Law, Excel, Divorcemate and other relevant software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

- 1 year as Legal Administrative Assistant (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
