Responsibilities:
Present the community and apartments to potential residents
Work with community vendors
Host community events that bring the residents together
Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy
Maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program
Qualifications:
1-2 years? experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect with others easily
Ability to laugh and uplift the lives of others
Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Valid and current CAN driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
