Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Associate to join our dynamic Sloane team. Fitzrovia is seeking a dedicated Leasing Associate to join our team, responsible for managing onsite leasing activities and driving sales efforts for one of our luxury apartment communities. This role is key in achieving leasing goals, building strong relationships with prospects and residents, and delivering exceptional service to all community stakeholders. The Leasing Associate also plays a vital role in external marketing and advertising efforts, ensuring our vacancies are effectively promoted.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct property tours for potential residents, answering questions about the property, amenities, and local community to showcase the quality of our community Explain lease terms, qualify prospects, and build interest to drive the lease closing process. Complete lease and renewal paperwork, ensuring all documentation meets company standards Ensure all traffic is entered into the CRM and inbound channels, tracking and analyzing leasing activities for optimal results Walk apartment units before showings and occupancy to ensure they meet the highest standards for new residents Review leasing paperwork and monitor all leasing workflow requirements to maintain efficiency and accuracy Submit daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports as required, providing insights into leasing performance and trends Track and evaluate advertising efforts, ensuring online ads are reviewed and updated daily. Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to review marketing plans, leasing strategies, and advertising proposals Maintain professional and timely communication with residents, applicants, and other stakeholders to foster positive relationships Report property issues, leasing objections, and potential liabilities to the Property Manager, along with recommendations for resolution Prepare and maintain comprehensive resident and office files, ensuring proper documentation is kept at all times Monitor and enforce compliance with Renter's Insurance policies according to company procedures Monitor month-to-month leases, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with company standards. Shop competing properties to stay informed about local market conditions and submit weekly market surveys Monitor work order activity, ensuring timely completion and following up with residents to confirm satisfaction Ensure adherence to the revenue management system and participate in weekly calls when applicable Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experiences:



Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline. 2-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within real estate or a luxury product environment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Superior oral and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Self-motivated, curious, responsive, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to work.
