What You'll Do




As a Leasing Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key contributor to the tenant experience. Your role includes:

Marketing and showing available suites to prospective tenants Managing lease agreements, renewals, move-in, and move-outs Creating and maintaining seamless resident experiences Responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely, professional manner Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support daily operations

What You Bring



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in property management, or a related field Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and property management standards is an asset A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
