Job Description

Torbill Holdings Ltd. is currently seeking highly motivated Leasing Agent/Administrative candidates for our Head office location in Kingston, ON. If you are experienced in property management, leasing and administrative duties, this position could be for you! We are looking for an individual to aid in our residential leasing procedures, providing excellent service to prospective/current residents , and working alongside our management team! We are looking for someone who will show initiative, work well on their own but also in a team atmosphere. Responsibilities



Achieve a variety of administrative and clerical activities relating to lease portfolio management - filing, organizing and updating Completing lease documentation/renewal to ensure completion to company standards Work alongside Property Managers and Superintendents to ensure apartments are ready to rent and scheduling showings for approved applicants Audit lease files and review leasing paperwork Submit daily, weekly and monthly leasing/marketing reports as required Providing professional communication with residents, applicants and management team. Prepare and maintain complete resident and office files Monitor month-to-month leases, and ensure compliance. Maintain Renter's insurance compliance Use a variety of methods to advertise rental properties and utilizing social media management - reviewed and updated daily Maintain working knowledge of property market Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate staff members or take messages/notes, greet visitors Create and update/maintain internal database - ensuring accuracy and legitimacy of information Manage and coordinate calendars Contribute new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and development Review, adjust and prepare general templates, letters, reports, word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence Ensuring compliance with established policies Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with other staff, suppliers and clients Collecting important monthly reports and filing Other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Education:



High School diploma, or greater Marketing experience an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Yardi System Experience an Asset Ability to thrive in a team oriented environment Organizational skills and time management/prioritization Readiness to learn new skills Attention to Detail Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills Must be able to take direction from supervisors WHMIS & Fall Protection training Certificates (preferred)

Required:



Experience in similar role : 1-2 years (preferred) Leasing experience: 1-2 years (preferred) Administrative experience: 2-3 years (preferred) A satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance are required for this position

: August 18th, 2025 (TBD)

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
