We are presently looking to hire

Experienced Leasing Administrators

whose primary role will be supporting all administrative aspects of the leasing process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service to both potential tenants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:



Greet and assist all visitors/potential tenants with professionalism and enthusiasm Respond to walk-in, phone, and online leasing inquiries promptly and knowledgeably Data entry into various systems Collect and verify prospective tenant applications and required documentation Maintain and update all internal reports accordingly Support our Leasing Agents and Management as required Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends and 3 day during the week) Any other job-related duties and/or projects that may be assigned

Although you will be provided with the required training, to fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:



Knowledge of Rhenti, Yardi and Power BI is an Asset Strong Knowledge of all Microsoft Applications
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

Property leasing: 1 year (required) Microsoft Office: 1 year (required) Administrative experience: 1 year (required) Customer service: 1 year (required)
Work Location: In person
