As a consultant with our client, you\'ll receive:

• Enable delivery of training to the Product Team in support of a major technology project
• Build training documents and maintain accuracy as changes occur
• Utilize innovative delivery techniques and modalities to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention
• Advises on training through knowledge of learning architecture and design philosophy to consult on trainings within the org that are outside of immediate scope design requirements
• Measure and monitor training effectiveness
• Break complex systems and processes down into training modalities that are easily understood and retained by learners

• Plan and deliver functional training in order to support the success of the Strategic Allocations program
• Develop any required training materials, and learning modules
• Develop and facilitate both classroom training and virtual instructor led sessions
• Integrate relevant content into existing training
• Administer training events (registration, scheduling, reporting, metrics)
• Measure and monitor training effectiveness
• Leverage our internal LMS \'lululemonU\' for learning plans when appropriate
• Practice agility in maintenance of training documents to meet the needs of a fast-paced, agile project
• Collaborate with other learning and change management leads on the Supply Chain Programs - Change and Learning team

Qualifications

• BA degree or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour or Education
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and systems
• Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced work environment
• Confident creating learning solutions
