Job Summary
The Learning and Development, Personal Lines Associate will work alongside our Learning and Development Team to provide daily support to our front lines team members. If you are self-starter with Personal lines experience, a strong knowledge of Epic Workflows and you enjoy variety in your work, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
You will use your expertise to:

  • Sanction, offboard and manage team members\xe2\x80\x99 carrier access
  • Onboard new team members and provide support during training
  • Manage the training calendar and approach portals and/or carriers for new training opportunities
  • Manage learning and development content on our company intranet
  • Provide Electronic Download Interface (EDI) assistance
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance for the following but not limited to; EPIC, Broker Builder, Personal Lines processes, branch transfers, and reporting.

We would like to hear from you if you have: Must-haves (Minimum Requirements)
  • A Level 1 BC General Insurance License
  • Previous insurance experience in Personal Lines is considered an asset
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of EPIC Workflows and a vast insurance carrier knowledge
  • Must be able to multi-task and easily shift focus from one task to the next
  • Must work well independently and be able to take initiative and show accountability
  • Well-developed people and professional communication skills
