Sous la supervision du responsable logistique, l\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nieur(e) lean logistiques coordonnera l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble des projects logistiques \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99interne li\xc3\xa9s aux op\xc3\xa9rations. Il/Elle tiendra une position transversale au sein de la compagnie en travaillant \xc3\xa9troitement avec les d\xc3\xa9partements d\xe2\x80\x99industrialisation, de production, de qualit\xc3\xa9, d\xe2\x80\x99achat, de finance et de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le. Il/Elle agira en tant que leader dans l\xe2\x80\x99implantation des bonnes pratiques dans le lean logistic.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

• \xc3\x8atre responsable de l\xe2\x80\x99implantation et de l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue des plans logistiques
• \xc3\x89valuer les besoins en espaces, racks et mat\xc3\xa9riel n\xc3\xa9cessaires aux besoins de la logistique
• Coordonner le partage d\xe2\x80\x99information entre chacun des parties prenantes (cha\xc3\xaene d\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement, production, R&D, qualit\xc3\xa9\xe2\x80\xa6) \xc3\xa0 propos de toutes op\xc3\xa9rations logistiques
• \xc3\x89laborer une vision moyen-terme en termes d\xe2\x80\x99optimisation d\xe2\x80\x99espace plancher en collaborant \xc3\xa9troitement avec les achats, les approvisionnements et la planification
• S\xe2\x80\x99impliquer et/ou mener l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble des projets d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue des r\xc3\xa9ductions de co\xc3\xbbts li\xc3\xa9es aux op\xc3\xa9rations logistiques
• Coordonner avec le coordinateur logistiques la bonne exactitude de la base de donn\xc3\xa9es PFEP et la diffuser comme source primaire d\xe2\x80\x99information avec les achats
• Analyser et optimiser les diff\xc3\xa9rents flux logistiques (op\xc3\xa9rateurs, waterspiders, chariots \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9vateurs, information, stocks\xe2\x80\xa6) au travers de VSM globale
• \xc3\x8atre responsable de toute la gestion de la documentation logistiques (instructions de travails, cartographie des processus, chartes de flux\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Mener des activit\xc3\xa9s Hoshin et Kaizen au travers de l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble du d\xc3\xa9partement de la cha\xc3\xaene d\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement
• Mettre en place et \xc3\xa0 jour proactivement un management visuel pertinent li\xc3\xa9s aux op\xc3\xa9rations logistiques
• Mettre en place et suivre les bons Indicateurs de performances au travers des projets logistiques

Exigences

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en gestion des op\xc3\xa9rations ou de la cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement, en g\xc3\xa9nie industriel ou autres formations \xc3\xa9quivalentes
• 4 a 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire
• Connaissances avanc\xc3\xa9es en lean logistics, une certification Lean Six Sigma est un atout
• Exp\xc3\xa9riences dans l\'industrie manufacturi\xc3\xa8re ayant de moyens \xc3\xa0 gros volumes
• Est capable de s\'adapter \xc3\xa0 un milieu changeant dans une industrie florissante avec une optique AGILE
• Bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des ERP, pr\xc3\xa9cis\xc3\xa9ment avec LN de Infor
• Exp\xc3\xa9riences avec Tulip est un atout
• Exp\xc3\xa9riences d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9es en gestion de projet, une certification PMP est un atout
• Poss\xc3\xa8de l\'habilit\xc3\xa9 d\'exceller et de rester calme dans un milieu sous pression, de travailler avec une diversit\xc3\xa9 de type de m\xc3\xa9tiers et de culture
• Orient\xc3\xa9 r\xc3\xa9solutions de probl\xc3\xa8mes
• Avoir un niveau avanc\xc3\xa9 avec le pack office (Excel, Word, Visio, Access\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Une certification APICS est un plus
• Doit maitriser le Fran\xc3\xa7ais

Description

Taiga is a rapidly scaling 100% electric recreational and utility vehicles technology and manufacturing company looking for aLean Logistic Engineer. Reporting to the Logistic Manager, the Lean Logistic Engineer will coordinate all the internal logistics projects linked to the operations. You will hold a cross functional position implying working closely with the manufacturing, production, quality, purchasing, finance and customer service departments. You will act as a leader in term implementation of best practices in lean logistic.

Responsibilities

• Responsible of the implementation and continuous improvement of the logistic layout
• Evaluate the need of space, racks and material for the logistics needs
• Coordinate the information shared between stakeholders (supply chain, production, engineering, quality\xe2\x80\xa6) for all operational logistics matters
• Elaborate the mid-term vision in term of space occupancy with procurement and planning
• Being involved in all the continuous improvement projects for cost reductions linked to logistics operations
• Coordinate with the logistics coordinator about the accuracy of the PFEP database and share as a central source of information with purchasing
• Analyze and optimize the different logistics\' flows (operators, waterspider, lifts, information, stocks\xe2\x80\xa6) through global VSM
• Responsible for all the documentation management related to logistics (logistics work instructions, processes map, flow chart\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Lead Kaizen and Hoshin activities for the whole supply chain department
• Update and pro-actively put in place a visual management relevant to logistics operations
• Set up and track the right KPI through logistics projects

Requirements

• Bachelor in operation/supply chain management, industrial engineering or sufficient professional experiences
• 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong skills in lean logistic and lean management, a Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset
• Experiences in manufacturing facility with middle to high volumes
• Able to adapt easily in a growing industry with an AGILE mindset
• Good knowledge of ERP, especially with LN from Infor
• Experiences with Tulip would be an asset
• Strong Experiences in project management, a PMP certification is an asset
• Possess the ability to excel and remain calm under pressure, to work with a range of disciplines and culture
• Problem solving oriented
• Have an advanced level in the use of MS Excel, Word, Visio, Access\xe2\x80\xa6
• An APiCS certification would be a plus
• French speaker
