Logistics Engineer/analyst
Job Description
Located in Lachine, Quebec - one of our clients is a large group, distributors of consumer goods.
They are currently looking for a Logistics Engineer/Analyst. The position is also open to new graduates with internship experiences.
Job objective: Learn about supply chain management needs (warehouses, distribution centers and transportation) by exploring possible solutions, considering best practices and the various constraints. He participates in the life cycle of projects: analysis, configuration, implementation, training and user support. This position requires frequent travel to Latin America
Responsibilities in more detail:
- Collect, analyze and document business needs;
- Map the processes;
- Propose and recommend value-added solutions to meet needs;
- Coordinate deployment and execution;
- Provide post-implementation support;
- Contribute to certain aspects of the project plan as a member of the team;
- Prepare and give training to users;
- Perform other related duties.
