Lead/cdp Prep Cook For Baro
Job Description
Baro is looking to add a Lead Prep Cook/Prep CDC to our team.
You will be part of a prep team of 2-4 cooks.
-Pastry prep experience needed as well.
-Candidate will be in charge of team, organizing day to day prep needs.
-Maintaining cleanliness of fridges and prep area.
-Receiving orders and putting away in timely manner.
-Notifying Sous Chefs/CDC of any issues as they happen.
