Lead Therapist

for our ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) services who will contribute meaningfully to both direct client care and program development.

Position Overview:

The Lead Therapist will split their time between direct therapy (20 hours/week) and clinical leadership duties (20 hours/week). This includes program development, team support, and report writing. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and passionate about working with children in a therapeutic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children as an Instructor Therapist (20 hours/week) Lead and oversee therapy implementation plans under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor Review program goals and track client progress using data-driven methods Write clinical progress reports and assist with developing individualized treatment plans Support and mentor Instructor Therapists as needed Participate in team meetings and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals Maintain client documentation in a timely and professional manner Uphold confidentiality and clinical standards consistent with agency policies

Qualifications:

Minimum of

2-3 years of experience

as an Instructor Therapist in an ABA setting Demonstrated experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Post-secondary education in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Child & Youth Care, or a related field Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience writing clinical reports is a strong asset

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week (on-site) Split: 20 hours of direct therapy, 20 hours of clinical/leadership duties
