Requirements and Qualifications:



Pre-employment Criminal Record Check CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis 2 years plus experience in a similar scope of role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality with extensive customer-facing interaction Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times

Typical responsibilities of the job include:



Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming customer experience Manage, train, coach, and schedule dispensary staff; foster a high-performing, compliant team culture Ensure full compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations, company policies, and SOPs Maintain accurate inventory control, including ordering, receiving, auditing, and loss prevention Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals Deliver exceptional customer service by modeling product knowledge and consultative selling practices Handle cash management, POS operations, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity Coordinate with leadership on promotions, merchandising, pricing, and new product launches Address customer concerns, staff issues, and operational challenges professionally and promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail environment at all times Prepare reports related to sales, inventory, compliance, and staff performance Stay current on cannabis products, industry trends, and regulatory changes

Experience:



Retail: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Work remotely: No
