The opportunity: The Lead Student Recruitment Officer (LSRO) will act as the lead senior recruitment specialist within the student recruitment team, responsible for recruiting students from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, the US, and globally. In addition, during the Associate Registrar & Director\xe2\x80\x99s absence, they will assume temporary supervisory responsibilities for the entire recruitment team. The LSRO will act as the primary liaison with Admissions via the Lead of Operations, and act as the liaison with the Indigenous Student Recruitment Officers via the Lead Indigenous Student Recruitment Officer. This position will work closely and collaboratively with all members of the Student Recruitment team, Registrar\xe2\x80\x99s Office and Enrolment Services (ORES), and key faculty representatives. The LSRO will also serve as a resource person for schools, government and social agencies, parents, school counsellors, recruitment partners (agents) and members of the public.
