Seeking an experienced Lead SAP Consultant with a strong focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM) for a contract position in the mining industry. This role will involve leading the implementation and rollout of SAP solutions, emphasizing managing organizational change impacts and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee the SAP implementation project, primarily focusing on OCM strategies and methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs to support adopting SAP FICO solutions.
• Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments to identify change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and business leaders to align SAP FICO solutions with organizational goals and priorities.
• Provide expert guidance and support to the project team and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to foster understanding and buy-in for new processes and technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate change adoption metrics, providing ongoing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience (minimum 8-12 years) as an SAP Consultant, with a proven track record in leading SAP implementations, mainly focusing on OCM.
• Extensive experience in SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, etc.
• Strong expertise in Organizational Change Management methodologies and best practices within large-scale SAP projects.
• Experience in the mining or heavy industry sector is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:This is a 12-18 month contract position based in Vancouver, BC, based on project needs and performance.
