Job Description
Samsom Industries is looking for a motivated individual who have experience in Carpentry and Running a crew. Must be self motivated. This position is for a Lead Hand for 'Insurance-Renovation Work'.
Requirements:
Friendly people skills - will have to speak with/be in contact directly with the customers. Communicate with others and delegate duties on site. Ensures job site remains clean and orderly Use tools and equipment as intended - and ensure others do as well ! Report and Correct Hazards of unsafe conditions Report all injuries and incidents (within 24 hrs) Comply with all company rules and policies Wear required PPE where required
Job Skills:
Attention to detail, physical endurance, good vision, manual dexterity.
Must have knowledge and certification to use saws, screw guns, lasers, and powder actuated tools; Must have knowledge of setting up and breaking down scaffolding.
Salary will be dependent on experience and skill.
