Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Lead Metal Roofer

to join our growing team. This leadership role involves overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of

metal roofing systems

for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise, a high level of precision, and the ability to lead a crew through complex metal roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in the installation of standing seam, corrugated, and other metal roofing systems. Supervise a roofing crew to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. Inspect existing roofs to assess damage or deterioration; recommend and execute appropriate repairs. Remove existing roofing materials and ensure proper surface preparation for metal installation. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan layouts and install flashing, vents, and trim. Uphold all safety protocols, including fall protection and equipment usage. Ensure that tools, materials, and job sites are maintained and organized. Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and team members regarding job progress and expectations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with metal roofing systems. Proven ability to lead and manage a roofing crew. In-depth knowledge of metal roofing tools, materials, and installation techniques. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and safety. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. OSHA certification is a plus.

Pay: $32.00-$42.98 per hour
