What We Offer:

Competitive Pay

: Compensation ranging from

$35 to $55 per hour

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience

in the roofing industry (Required). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Leadership qualities and a willingness to mentor junior staff. Must be able to work in-person at various job sites on Vancouver Island, BC.

Responsibilities

Oversee roofing projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Lead a team of roofers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems. Conduct inspections to assess roof conditions and determine necessary repairs. Train and mentor junior roofers, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
