We are looking for a reliable and experienced

Lead Flat Roofer

to oversee flat roofing projects on residential and commercial properties. This role involves leading a crew, managing day-to-day site operations, and performing high-quality roofing work. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and confident in guiding a team from start to finish on flat roofing jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of flat and low-slope roofing systems. Supervise and coordinate the work of a roofing crew to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to standard. Assess roof conditions, identify issues, and implement appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Manage site setup, workflow, material usage, and job progress in coordination with project managers. Ensure proper preparation and finishing of roofing surfaces, including seams, edges, and drainage systems. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior crew members. Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and supervisors.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in flat roofing, including previous leadership or foreman-level responsibilities. Strong understanding of flat roofing systems and installation best practices. Proven ability to lead a crew and manage timelines, materials, and quality control. Familiarity with reading and interpreting plans or project specifications. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.

Pay: $29.00-$45.00 per hour
