Job Description

Very busy pub is looking for a qualified Lead/Head line Cook to run and oversee the main line in the Kitchen Manager's absence. Candidate must have previous supervisor experience. Must be well versed in all areas of the kitchen from line to prep. Candidate must be a leader and lead by example. Must be able to maintain the systems that are in place and keep the ship running. Must be well versed in calling the line. Guest satisfaction is our number one focus. We are only accepting candidates that are already eligible to work in Canada.
