Installer / Lead Installer (Experience Dependent)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Suncoast Enclosures Vancouver Island builds custom outdoor living spaces throughout Victoria and surrounding communities. We're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our installation team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on experience, you may:

Lead or assist with the installation of custom patio enclosures, louvered roofs, and screen systems Read and interpret project drawings and measurements Cut, assemble, and install aluminum framing and retractable components Perform light electrical connections (training provided) Load, transport, and unload tools and materials to and from job sites Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate with customers and project managers throughout each project Take and upload daily progress photos to the company system

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Construction, framing, or installation experience (asset but not required) For Lead Installers: experience leading a small crew For Helpers: willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable using hand and power tools Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing ladders, and working outdoors year-round Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
