Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team. The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various products and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. You must hold a valid 313D or 313A.
Duties
- Coordinate and lead installation projects from start to finish
- Supervise installation teams and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations
- Maintain accurate records of project details and progress
Skills
Required:
- Proven experience in installation work
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Attention to detail and quality
Nice-to-have:
- Additional industry specific certifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
