Installation and repair of custom awnings, motorized screens and other shade products

Lead installers will be involved in the installation as well as service/repair of these awning systems

Training on installation techniques will be provided.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

High quality of work and attention to detail

Reading text, reading simple blueprints, oral communication, working with others and problem-solving Reliable, punctual and hardworking Professional, presentable and comfortable with customer service Safe use of hand and electric power tools Basic knowledge of residential framing and home construction is required Mechanical aptitude is beneficial Lift as much as 90 lbs Comfortable with driving a full-size van coupled to a 16' utility trailer Comfortable on ladders, mostly 6' and 8' step ladders are used

Requirements:

Full 'G' Driver's license (Driver's abstract required following the interview process) Personal transportation to our shop, then a company vehicle will be supplied when traveling to the client's home Criminal background check following the interview process

Regular work shift is 8-9 hours, you must be flexible to work longer shifts as needed Full-time position, long-term Offering year-round employment Company benefits such as vision benefits, pharmaceutical drugs and clothing allowances after the probationary period Starting hourly wage is $26.50-30.00 per hour, plus overtime.
