We are looking to add a Lead Installer for our Bowmanville Location

Job Overview:

As a Lead Installer, you'll lead the installation of quartz, natural stone, and porcelain surfaces, manage your helper, and handle on-site adjustments or repairs as needed. This hands-on role requires reading CAD drawings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality finishes with a professional site presence.

Responsibilities and Duties are as mentioned below but not limited to:

Installation & Leadership:

Lead the installation of quartz, natural stone, and porcelain surfaces from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and quality. Interpret CAD/shop drawings and complete on-site adjustments, including cutting, polishing, and edge finishing. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site, including leveling, seam resetting, and chip repairs. Direct and support junior installers, delegating tasks and providing mentorship. Maintain a professional site presence and uphold Quartz Co standards in safety, conduct, and client service.

Customer Service Excellence

Provide outstanding in-home customer service and act as a role model for the team. Handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring

Administration & Coordination

Collaborate daily with the Operations Manager and Inside Sales rep to communicate any issues on site. Submit accurate and complete daily documentation, including: Vehicle maintenance reports Post-installation checklists Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and ensure all necessary job site materials and tools are available.

Qualifications:

Proven 5+ years' experience in countertop or stone surface installation. Physical ability to lift and move over 100 lbs regularly during installations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team on site. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Valid G driver's license and clear background check mandatory. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
