Job Description


Reporting to the Associate Director, HR Technology within the HR Operational Excellence team, the Lead, HR Technology is a key contributor to the development of the HR Technology strategy including leading and participating in complex HR technology projects, driving change management initiatives, and troubleshooting system issues.

Accountabilities:
Oversee system administration tasks, such as user setup, system configurations, security management, and data integrity maintenance. Ensure HR technology systems are optimized, updated, and aligned with HR policies and practices.
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate meaningful insights, reports, and visualizations. Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leaders and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation by streamlining workflows, eliminating manual tasks, and implementing self-service capabilities.
Lead/participate in HR technology projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements. Manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure successful project delivery, and provide post-implementation support and user training.
Provide advanced user support for HR technology systems, addressing complex inquiries, and troubleshooting system issues.
Provide change management support by providing expertise and guidance during system implementations, upgrades, or process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security standards, and HR data governance policies. Implement data management practices to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in HR technology systems.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members on the HR Technology team.

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or technology required.
Minimum 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in SaaS HCM systems (Workday, Dayforce) configuration, support, business process administration and maintenance as a technical SME
Solid knowledge and understanding of HR Technology including Workday and other systems that integrate with workday.
A deep understanding of HR processes and Workflows including a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting to provide valuable insights to business stakeholders.
Experience with Workday Configurations, implementation projects, and providing root cause analysis
Strong attention-to-detail i.e. scoping business requirements and providing detailed documentation of processes for technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuous Improvement mindset with critical thinking, proactive solutioning and problem-solving skills.
Customer service mindset with ability to communicate effectively, manage relationships and influence decisions at various levels.
Team player with a positive attitude willing to learn from and mentor team members.
