Full-time, Permanent

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8/9 Hour Shifts

We are a rapidly expanding, cutting-edge manufacturer of generators, power distribution systems, and heaters. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Power Distribution Assembly Lead

to ensure the quality, efficiency, and safety of our Electrical Assembly Team.

This is a Hands-On Leadership Role with Mandatory Requirements What You Bring (Mandatory Requirements):



Expert Experience:

MANDATORY

3+ years of specialized experience in

Power Distribution Assembly,

Electrical Panel Building,

and/or

Transformer Assembly

within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Leadership Track Record:

MANDATORY

Proven experience in a

Lead Hand

or

Supervisory/Leadership

role, managing production schedules, workflow, and quality control.

Technical Mastery:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and blueprints.

Tool Proficiency:

Expertise in all relevant electrical tools (crimpers, meters, testers, etc.) and best practices for high-voltage and low-voltage terminations.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership:

Oversee and mentor the Electrical Assembly Team (up to 5 technicians), ensuring adherence to production goals, safety standards, and quality specifications.

Quality & Code Compliance:

Act as the final checkpoint for all completed electrical assemblies, ensuring all wiring, component termination, and panel building meets engineering specifications and relevant electrical codes.

Project Execution:

Lead the assembly of power distribution units and custom transformer packages from start to finish.

Training & Development:

Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior and entry-level Electrical Assembly Technicians.

Process Optimization:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for assembly workflow, reducing errors, and enhancing overall efficiency.
