role focuses on initiating contact through outbound calls/emails and identifying potential clients that are interested in selling their carbon credits. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and able to work independently to achieve weekly targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct outbound calls/emails from a list of prospects.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions.
Meet or exceed weekly call volumes, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Provide feedback on lead quality, call outcomes, and common objections.
Represent the company professionally and follow communication guidelines.
Perform other assigned tasks from time to time
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales support preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over the phone.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
:
Experience in B2B outreach.
Prior experience sourcing leads or conducting light market research.
