Seeking a lead generation specialist to identify and qualify potential new customers to build a sales pipeline, using strategies like cold-calling, email marketing, and social media outreach. Key duties include researching target companies, contacting prospects, managing leads in a CRM system, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Core responsibilities

Identify and research leads

: Find potential new customers by researching companies and identifying key contacts within them.

Prospect and qualify

: Initiate contact with prospects through outbound methods like cold-calling and emailing, then qualify them based on predefined criteria to determine sales-readiness.

Manage the sales pipeline

: Use a CRM system to track, manage, and update leads, ensuring the pipeline remains active.

Collaborate with sales and marketing

: Work with other departments to develop and implement effective targeting strategies, share insights, and ensure smooth lead handoffs to the sales team.

Educate and nurture leads

: Provide prospects with information about products or services and nurture them through the buying journey with valuable content and targeted campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance

: Track and analyze lead generation campaign results to identify trends and adapt tactics for better performance.
