Job Description

We're hiring a platform-native lead generator to build qualified inbound leads and newsletter sign-ups across Instagram, Substack, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube.

What you'll do:

Instagram: DM outreach flows, Story/Q&A funnels, CTA testing, collabs, lead magnets, Link in Bio optimization, UTM tracking. Substack: List growth tactics, cross-promotions, Recommendations, lead magnet delivery, welcome/nurture sequences, churn reduction. TikTok: Hook testing, CTA frameworks, live/Q&A funnels, profile ? Substack conversion. LinkedIn: Creator mode + newsletter growth, Sales Navigator sourcing, soft-outreach scripts, event/Live funnels. Threads: Prompt-led conversations, replies that convert, profile funnel to Substack/booking. YouTube: End screens/cards/descriptions that convert, Community posts, Shorts ? lead capture, keyword-driven discovery. Reporting: Weekly KPI report (subs, leads, CPL, CVR), UTM discipline, simple dashboards. Systems: Build repeatable playbooks we can scale.
Must-have experience

Proven lead generation on at least 3 of the listed platforms (not just content creation). Fluency with UTMs, basic analytics, and simple funnels (e.g., Substack ? welcome series ? call booking). Ethical, non-spammy outreach and community building. Strong copy instincts for hooks and CTAs.
Nice to have

Light CRM hygiene (Sheets/Notion/HubSpot), Calendly, Link in Bio tools. A/B testing mindset.

Net new qualified leads / week Substack subscriber growth & free?paid conversion Click-through and DM?booking conversion Cost per lead (if paid tests are used)
