Hardware Design Engineer

(Posting).

Involvement in platform validation using test script for automation.
Create and manage test plan defined for the validation task and document the result.
Development of plug-ins for existing automation infrastructure framework.
Participate in meetings to discuss test development progress and issues.
Modify existing scripts on python platform, handling software version control and process agile work environment.
Validation Engineer will perform by understanding system requirement, create test plan, test script, work closely with firmware, understanding OS, run the test, make changes, record the result, and share it for further action and discussion with team. (1.) To collect requirement and create engineering documentation and Test plan (2.) To select critical components meeting product specifications (3.) To design schematics in ECAD tools and review connectivity (4.) Perform Design analysis like Signal Integrity, Power Integrity , Derating analysis (5.) Prepare PCB layout guidelines and work with PCB team in reviewing the layout for design rules and DFx (6.) Support and work with cross-functional team for HW dependencies with ME Team, SW team, FPGA team , Manufacturing team (7.) Preform HW Design verification test, Regulatoryorsafety compliance test and Prepare test reports for the same.
