Job Description

The Cost Control Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project cost management to ensure alignment with budgetary goals and financial performance targets. This role supports engineering, procurement, and construction teams by developing and maintaining cost control systems, analyzing variances, and producing accurate forecasts. The Cost Control Lead plays a key role in financial reporting, change management, and earned value analysis across complex mining and industrial projects.
