In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.about this teamThe Catalogue Operations team is a committed, hardworking, fun-loving team that works in partnership with a variety of cross functional partners to support the execution of Ecommerce strategies across the North American digital properties including the NA ecommerce website, guest app and Strategic Sales websites. We are the operational owners of merchandising and publishing product and own the day-to-day maintenance of the product catalogue.Reporting to the Senior Manager, NA Ecommerce Operations, the Lead, Catalogue Operations, will be responsible for team development and continuous improvement of the delivery model of product to lululemon\'s digital properties. As head of this function, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and scaling the team that owns the last mile of product execution as well as ensuring our key cross functional partners are supported and consulted to deliver a best-in-class omni guest experience. This position will work closely with department heads to ensure their product needs and digital evolution is supported.a day in the life: what you\'ll do

  • Scheduling and planning of product-based merchandising on web and app two times per week resulting in $10M plus dropped weekly of active inventory available for sale on ecommerce
  • Manage escalations or priorities from team and key business partners for weekly activities
  • Delivery of product-based testing, and project management for large scale priorities and initiatives across the business above weekly product drops
  • Leads implementation of new optimizations to workflow processes among stakeholder groups and any net new optimization projects to establish efficiencies across core business teams
  • Lead and develop Catalogue Operations Coordinators and Specialists within current roles and future career development
  • Plan and prioritize ad hoc product changes across key digital properties
qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant ecommerce merchandising related experience, retail preferred
  • 2+ years\' experience with leading a team of direct reports preferred
  • Business or operations related education preferred - Ecommerce a plus
  • Ability to function in dynamic and fast paced operational model
  • Strength in managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of ATG, Endeca, Contentful, Salsify, PCM
  • You are a clear, concise and confident communicator that lives to support the business and are able to work with cross functional partners
  • Workflow development and process innovation experience
  • You have a strong eye for detail, while being able to see the bigger picture
  • You enjoy a fast-paced environment and can create order from chaos

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon\'s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200-$115,700 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
