The CompanyFrankies Italian Kitchen & Bar offers traditional, simple and fresh Italian cuisine based on family recipes with the flavours of southern Italy as well as newly inspired Italian dishes in a contemporary but classic setting. The menu offers a wide selection of fresh house-made pastas and traditional comfort fare. The bar offers classic cocktails, craft beer and a well represented and non pretentious wine list.Job Summary:
- Strong cocktail and beer knowledge
- Inventory and ordering of all wine, spirits and beer
- Coordinate wine list
- Implement seasonal cocktails
- Working closing with the General Manager in all bar related duties
- Direct training of all bar duties
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years industry experience
- Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff
- Genuine passion for People, Great Food and Service!!!!
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and enthusiastic personality to train and lead
