Reporting to the General Manager, the Lead Bartender at Putt Social is a true pro on the course, ensuring smooth and efficient bar and front-of-house operations. With a keen eye for detail, they swing into action to deliver top-notch customer service, making sure every guest feels like a VIP. They also support the front-of-house team, guiding them to hit every customer interaction out of the park, ensuring a hole-in-one experience every time!

"Tee-off Targets"
Provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions. Manage the bar opening and closing duties. Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, wines & beer & Ensures consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality. Maintain positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays Smart Serve Certificate required Standard First Aid/CPRC/AED Certificate required or willing to obtain Minimum 2 years Bartending experience required Minimum 1 year of previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Hours can range between 28-32 a week.
