We're looking for a Lead Bartender / Bar Manager to oversee bar operations, deliver exceptional beverage service, and lead our front-of-house beverage team. This role blends creativity, leadership, and operational management -- perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the bar team in providing outstanding service and hospitality
Oversee day-to-day bar operations, including scheduling, inventory, and ordering
Develop and maintain cocktail, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage programs
Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks in product knowledge, technique, and service standards
Monitor quality, consistency, and presentation of all drinks leaving the bar
Ensure compliance with all AGLC regulations and health & safety guidelines
Work closely with the General Manager and Chef to coordinate beverage and food pairings, promotions, and events
Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring every customer leaves happy
Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities to maximize revenue and minimize waste
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of bartending experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Proven ability to lead a team with a positive and motivating style
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
POS system proficiency and basic reporting skills
Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
AGLC ProServe certification (required)
