Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and food preparation, with the ability to create a variety of baked goods that meet our high standards for quality and taste. This role requires a keen attention to detail, creativity in decorating, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of food safety practices within the kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a wide range of products including cookies, cupcakes, French Macarons. Decorate cookies and other baked goods with artistic flair while adhering to customer specifications. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of baked goods. Package finished products for customer deliveries while ensuring quality presentation.

Experience

Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food handling standards.. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
